The quoted turnaround is the estimated number of working days we will likely need your unit complete the work. It does not include shipping time, weekends, or national holidays. In some cases, it may take longer to complete your unit if we need to order parts or if your unit requires extended testing. Our estimated turnaround time is currently 1- 3 working days (excluding weekends).

In order to get your unit rebuilt you will need to remove the faulty unit from the vehicle and send it to us, we would then test your unit and if it is faulty we would repair it then return it to you with a one year of warranty in most instances. If the unit appears not to be faulty then you will pay only the cost of testing. Not all parts can be repaired If the component is not repairable, we will refund your payment and ship it back to you.

Professional level diagnostic equipment and specialist knowledge may be required to remove and reinstall the desired control unit.
